Understanding and Overcoming Anxiety and Panic Attacks: A Journey to Healing
Despite the distressing nature of anxiety and panic attacks, there is hope. With the intention of offering support to those grappling with anxiety and panic attacks, I aim to share my own arduous journey and the challenges I faced in understanding and conquering these conditions.
My journey was a lengthy one, marked by the initial confusion and fear of the unknown. In the beginning, I had little knowledge of what was happening to me. The symptoms I experienced during panic attacks were frightening and bewildering. My heart raced, my chest tightened, and it felt as though the walls were closing in.
